Reasoning Beyond Evidence with Dr. Travis M. Corcoran
This lecture has the objective to empower practitioner’s ability to navigate the 3 pillars of Evidence Based Practice (EBP), and to avoid the logical inconsistencies that create division within the profession as well as malposition chiropractors in the healthcare culture. Rational for the Purpose of this Course: EBP inherently consists of severe limitations, disadvantages, and therefore can be a detriment to the practice of chiropractic, chiropractic education, and patient care. A better understanding of these disadvantages and limitations is necessary to better navigate proposed EBP protocols. Additionally the misuse of chiropractic lexicon or its use without understanding raises concerns about the credibility of the profession in general.
